The methodology was utilized CCR, BCC and Meta Frontier's model.
As a result, the efficiency of domestic componies' innovation is very low, there were differences according to listing on the exchange or industry. The analysis of the innovation effect was used Tobit Regression. In this analysis marketing innovation and organization innovation and product innovation were generally not significant to innovative efficiency and in some results, these variables give negatively effect on the innovation efficiency.
And analysis of industry, it turned out that rubber and plastics industry give significantly positive effect on innovation efficiency. It turns out that companies with unions have non-significantly role of technological innovation.
As the important factors to influence on innovation efficiency, it is clear that internal R & D adversely affects technological innovation efficiency, purchasing external R & D and external knowledge can increase the innovation efficiency. This research found that internal R & D efficiency was needed to be increased.
