The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between supervisor trust and adaptative performance for millennial members and to empirically verify the moderating effects of organizational justice on the relationship between supervisor trust and adaptative performance. This study established the following research questions. First, how does the trust of the Millennials affect adaptative performance? Second, what is the moderating effect of the recognition of organizational justice in the relationship between supervisor trust and adaptative performance of Millennials. In order to verify the research, the members of the Millennials who are working in the Korean companies were selected as the research subjects. The range of Millennials was limited to those born in 1981 to 1996. Data collection was conducted through online surveys for 25 days from October 21 to November 14, 2019. A total of 304 questionnaires were collected and a total of 267 copies of the data were analyzed, except for those that did not correspond to the study or were unsatisfactory. The summary of the study is as follows. First, Millennials showed higher adaptative performance with higher supervisor trust. Second, the moderating effect of organizational justice was found in the relationship between supervisor trust and adaptative performance of Millennials. As a result, it was found that in the relationship between supervisor trust and adaptative performance of Millennials, the control effect of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice, which are sub-factors of Organizational justice, was also significant. The implications of the study are as follows. Organizations need to provide their managers with the opportunity to build training and trusting relationships to be trusted by their subordinates. HRD managers in the organization should continuously collect and reflect the suggestions and opinions of the members of the organization in setting up the organization's compensation system or providing an environment where the justice is highly recognized. In the organization, attention should be paid to members of the Millennials who have a low trust relationship with their supervisors and have a low awareness of Organizational justice. Mentoring with their supervisors to improve their trust relationship, reverse mentoring, support for informal meetings, and proposals to improve the compensation system to raise awareness of justice will increase their adaptative performance. In addition, objective Organizational justice should be raised to promote sustainable growth of the organization and its members.
