As the number of institutes providing integrated education for disabled children gradually increased and 「2019 Revised Nuri Curriculum」was implemented, teachers have practiced play-centered curriculum in the field of integrated education. However, teachers expressed difficulties such as lack of manpower, concerns about roles, recognition of parents and excessive administrative works as they practiced integrated education and play-centered curriculum for disabled children in precedent study. For this reason, this study sets the following study questions to listen to and share the stories of teachers in comprehensive environment which is a practice of integrated education and play-centered play for disabled students. First, what is the expectation of teachers for the practice of play-centered curriculum in integrated education? Second, what is the roles of teachers when practicing lay-centered curriculum in integrated education? Third, what are difficulties of teachers when practicing lay-centered curriculum in integrated education? Fourth, what are requests for support of teachers when practicing lay-centered curriculum in integrated education? We conducted in-depth interview with 7 teachers who have experience in integrated education for disabled children in kindergarten and identified their expectation, roles, difficulties and requests for support for the practice of play-centered curriculum. The specific study results are as follows. First, teachers expected 'active participation of disabled children in play' and 'expansion of interaction between children' through the practice of play-centered curriculum in integrated education for disabled children. The level of play participation of disabled children was improved as the play was formed according to the interests of children though the practice of play-centered curriculum and the opportunities for disabled children to participate in play were expanded. This results in greater interaction between children. As disabled children freely participated in play, the frequency of problem behavior of children was reduced, contributing to form positive relation with other children. In addition, disabled children who only prefer specific play had opportunity to communicate with other children through the play and they also showed peer learning hrough interaction in the play. Second, the role of teachers can be divided as 'teachers preparing the play', 'teachers indirectly supporting in the play' and 'teachers directly supporting in the play' when practicing play-centered curriculum in integrated education for disabled children. 'Teachers preparing the play' provided information on characteristics or precautions of disabled children to other children or guided disabled children to ask for a help and solve the problems by explaining the rules to be kept in advance. 'Teachers indirectly supporting in the play' guided what disabled children can do or supported children to smoothly communicate and keep the play through minimum language support. They also played a role in mediating children to solve their problems on their own by intervening in a limited manner when it is necessarily required. 'Teachers directly supporting in the play' expanded the play of children who only prefer specific play to provide environment where other children can participate or encouraged disabled children to participate in play of other children. They also continuously support disabled children who felt difficulty to participate in the play without intervention of teachers to participate in the play by linking with other children. Third, teachers talked about 'concerns about the practice of play-centered curriculum', 'difficulties caused by the lack of manpower' and 'difficulties caused by doing job' when practicing play-centered curriculum in integrated education for disabled children. For 'concerns about the practice of play-centered curriculum', they talked about the anxiety that children would not have proper education and they worried about executive ability of curriculum. For 'difficulties caused by the lack of manpower', they talked about the heavy workload or physiological anxiety which teachers in charge of general should bear due to the lack of special classes, and this was found to be caused by a lack of manpower. They also mentioned that even if there are special classes, teachers in charge of general classes will be responsible according to the circumstances of school. For 'difficulties caused by doing job', they talked about the burden on administrative works and the lack of autonomy of teachers. They said that their works are overloaded due to the lack of understanding on the curriculum by managers and parents depending on the integrated classes. Fourth, teachers required 'educational support for practice of play-centered curriculum', 'manpower support for practice of play-centered curriculum' and 'preparing condition practice of play-centered curriculum' in practice of play-centered curriculum in integrated education for disabled children. For 'educational support for practice of play-centered curriculum', they said that sufficient and various educations should be provided to strengthen the capability of teachers before practicing curriculum. For 'manpower support for practice of play-centered curriculum', they said that professional personnel is positively necessary to encourage disabled children to adapt in integrated environment better and teachers should be employed more for disabled children who will enter general classes. They also said that special classes should be made in all institutes to solve these problems and suggested that complete integration would be the most ideal. For 'preparing condition practice of play-centered curriculum', they talked about the necessity of consistence of curriculum and evaluation indicators, sufficient support of educational materials and improvement on social awareness about play. The results of study showed that play-centered curriculum expanded the opportunities for disabled children to participate in play as well as interaction with other children. For this reason, teachers are intervening in various ways according to their belief or ability during preparing and conducting the play to expand its effectiveness. In this environment, teachers expressed their concerns on the practice of education, difficulties caused by lack of manpower and difficulties caused by their job and they requested the support for ducation, manpower and environment. This study has limitation to be generalized since it was conducted for small numbers of teachers. And since it was conducted in early stage when play-centered curriculum was began, it is difficult to conclude that those are the difficulties from overall practice of play-centered curriculum.
