The growing number of consumers familiar with Internet-based video content and the simultaneous impact of COVID-19 have led to a surge in demand for untact shopping, where product and service providers and consumers are able to trade without having to face-to-face. Currently, as social isolation is implemented to prevent the spread of COVID-19 around the world, users are actively participating in SNS through live broadcasting through various platforms. In particular, the impact of influencer has become important at the same time as the market for live streaming commerce has grown due to social isolation and distancing. As the e-commerce market in Mongolia has rapidly developed, COVID-19 has also greatly affected Mongolian consumers' emphasis on non-face-to-face transactions, prompting small vendors and large companies already well-known to consumers to seek profit promotion through live streaming commerce. However, research on live streaming commerce and influencer for Mongolian consumers is very insufficient. Therefore, judging that it is urgent to study the understanding and flow of Mongolian consumers' purchasing behavior that is rapidly changing depending on these social changes and circumstances, this study aims to deeply study the structural relationship between live commerce and influencer characteristics, brand confidence and consumer psychological attachment. To achieve the purpose of this study, the relationship between live streaming commerce characteristics (information, interactivity, security, usefulness) and consumer brand trust, influencer characteristics (professionalism, similarity, authenticity) and psychological attachment By examining the relationship of influence and identifying the influence of these factors on purchase intention, it is intended to respond to the needs and demands of the industrial industry thirsting for detailed and effective strategic insight. Due to this need, this study collected and utilized questionnaires from 230 Mongolian consumers with experience in watching live streaming commerce. The analysis results were first partially adopted, with the impact of live streaming commerce characteristics on consumer brand confidence. In other words, information and security have been shown to have a positive impact on brand confidence, while interactions and usefulness have no statistically significant impact relationship. Influencer characteristics were also partially adopted, and both similarity and integrity, except expertise, were shown to have a positive impact on consumer psychological attachment. Finally, it has a positive impact on the consumer's psychological attachment, but it has been confirmed that it has no significant impact on the intention to purchase. However, consumers' confidence in the brand has been shown to have a positive effect on purchasing intentions.
