Recently, uncertainty has been increased in company environment, according to global market structure, organizational volatility, and change in members' perception. Because of this structural change, the leadership of the CEO who can achieve organizational performance and respect the members of the corporate organization is urgently needed. In this background, the importance and need for feminine leadership have been increased. However, feminine leadership and the study on the management performance are very poor. Therefore, the empirical differentiation of this paper is that it has presented a new leadership direction to the company by specifically analyzing the relationship between feminine leadership and management performance with little prior research. In uncertain age, I review the alternatives for firm management, application, and firm growth. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the relationship between the CEO's feminine leadership and management performance targeting the CEOs and members of companies, and to verify the mediating effect of organizational innovativeness and the moderating effect of learning orientation in the influence relation between the two variables. On the basis of these, this is to present an effect leadership model for the CEO of companies, and to analyze the alternativeness for heightening performance by strengthening competitiveness. This study establishes the hypotheses as follows. First, CEO's feminine leadership will have a positive impact on management performance. Second, feminine leadership will have a positive impact on organizational innovativeness. Third, organizational innovativeness will have a positive impact on management performance. Fourth, organizational innovativeness in the relationship between feminine leadership and management performance will have a mediating effect. Fifth, in the relationship between feminine leadership and organizational innovativeness, learning orientation will have a moderating effect. Sixth, learning orientation in the relationship between feminine leadership and management performance will moderate the mediating effect of organizational innovativeness. To measure study variables, using measurement tool based on the preceding study, the questionnaires with a total of 67 questions were used. The sample of the study was conducted by composing 521 copies(55 CEOs, 466 members) of a sample of one CEO and nine members targeting companies with more than 10 employees. The results of the hyotheses are as follows. Hypothesis 1: feminine leadership had a positive(+) effect on financial performance and was not significant on the non-financial performance, so hypothesis 1 was adopted partially. Hypothesis 2: feminine leadership had a positive(+) effect on organizational innovativeness, so hypothesis 2 was adopted. Hypothesis 3: organizational innovativeness had a positive(+) effect on financial and non-financial performance, so hypothesis 3 was adopted. Hypothesis 4: organizational innovativeness had a mediating effects in the relationship between feminine leadership and financial and non-financial performance, so hypothesis 4 was adopted. Hypothesis 5: moderating effect of in the relationship between feminine leadership and organizational innovativeness was confirmed, so hypothesis 5 was adopted. Hypothesis 6: learning orientation in the relationship between feminine leadership and management performance did not moderate the mediating effect of organizational innovativeness, so hypothesis 6 was rejected. The meanings and implications of this study are as follows. First, the influence relation between feminine leadership and management performance with little prior research was verified, and suggested a new leadership of firm management so demonstrated as a sample of companies. Second, we shed light on the impact of learning orientation and organizational innovativeness that can enhance power of explanation in the relationship between feminine leadership and management performance. Third, on the basis of research on the positive effects of CEO's feminine leadership on management performance, education on the leadership is needed for CEOs who understand and practice feminine leadership. This will give trust to members if they focus on individual values based on the CEO's empathetic understanding and consideration. Trust and inter-relational communication lead to the achievement and development of an organization. Therefore, organizations that support individual growth are likely to solve facing various problems by companies. Fourth, as the CEO's leadership, I could see that feminine leadership is an effective leadership that can change organizations and increase innovation. Companies will be able to secure their competitiveness by strengthening organizational innovativeness through feminine leadership. Therefore, it is necessary to manage feminine leadership so that it can have a positive impact on organizational innovativeness in companies. Fifth, when a CEO exerts feminine leadership, it will be necessary to learn appropriate organizational learning according to the size and competence of the company to strengthen organizational innovativeness in the company. The CEO of a company that needs to actively carry out innovation needs to heighten corporate policies in accordance with the organizational situation and competence of its members to improve practical performance quality. Future research will require conducting diverse and comprehensive research on feminine leadership.
