The purpose of this study is to verify the mediated effects of social support and self-respect in the relationship between cultural stress and mental health of multicultural youths. Various environmental factors rapidly changing into a multicultural society and the approaching ratio of family members to them were raised as necessary points in this study, focusing on cultural adaptation of multicultural youths in the direction of human resources. To this end, 1,380 of the 1,625 multicultural youths across the country participated in the Multicultural Youth Panel Survey (MAPS) were used for analysis, excluding 162 who did not respond from the 4th (first) to 6th (third) in middle school. First, as a result of analyzing the effects of cultural stress on mental health of multicultural adolescents, cultural stress (β=.156)showed significant static effects on mental health. In the subvariants of cultural stress, adaptive stress has a static effect, and discrimination stress has no significant effect. Two factors of adaptation stress and discrimination stress were appropriately extracted from the verification of feasibility and reliability of adaptation stress in multicultural youth, and the exclusion of validity and reliability of relational stress due to insufficient evaluation criteria is of great theoretical significance. 9.1% of multicultural youths were discriminated against by teachers at school, and the biggest reason for suspending school is that it is difficult to study. It has been shown that 62.4% of schools experience discrimination and adaptive stress. Improvement measures are needed to help multicultural youths overcome such problems and reduce cultural stress. To this end, it is necessary to develop and distribute services for both multicultural, general, and teachers to enhance their cultural capabilities so that elementary and secondary teachers can understand our culture and other foreign cultures. Second, as a result of analyzing the intermediate effects of social support in the relationship between cultural stress and mental health, cultural stress (β=-.469) was shown to have a negative effect on social support, followed by adaptive stress and discriminatory stress in the relative ranking of subvariants of cultural stress on social support. Social support for multicultural youths (β=-.504) showed a talismanic effect on depression and atrophy, mental health of multicultural youths, in the order of support for friends, teachers, and parents, and social support of multicultural youths (β=.236) has been shown to act as a static medium between cultural stress and multicultural adolescent mental health. The effect of social support on mental health depression and social atrophy in cultural adaptation stress in multicultural adolescents has a significant effect, and discrimination stress has great theoretical significance. It was found that 33.4% of multicultural youths were bullied at school, 54.9% were not suitable for school life, and 64% were discriminated against by friends (Multicultural Family Survey, 2019). In order to overcome these problems, it is necessary to come up with improvements that can reduce cultural stress. This is to promote social activities and others so that they can communicate well and build close relation ships by arranging a friendship between ordinary and multicultural youths. Third, as a result of analyzing the mediated effects of self-respect in the relationship between cultural stress and mental health, cultural stress (β=-.093) of multicultural youth. showed negative effects on self-esteem, followed by adaptive stress and discriminatory stress in the relative ranking of subvariants of cultural stress on self-esteem. Self-respect (β=-.173) is shown to have a talismanic effect on mental health, resulting in self-respect (β=.016)in the relationship between cultural stress and mental health in multicultural adolescents. had a mediated effect. In addition, as a result of analyzing the intermediate effects of social support and self-esteem in the relationship between cultural stress and mental health, the double-mediated effects of social support and self-esteem in the relationship between cultural stress and mental health of multicultural adolescents (β=.043) was significant. It was significant to identify the mediated effects of selfesteem on mental health depression and social atrophy in the order of cultural stress to adaptation stress and discrimination stress to social support and self-esteem. In other words, the relationship between mothers and children of multicultural teenagers was 3.56 points lower than that of ordinary students, 9.5% said they did not talk to their parents at all and 59.3% said they did not talk to their parents for less than an hour. Due to the lack of communication with parents, multicultural youths need 17.0% of Korean language education, 12.7% of cultural understanding education in foreign parents' countries, 7.6% of language education in foreign parents' countries, and 5.7%. These results present the current multicultural support center's direction for expanding and developing programs on the need for education for language and cultural understanding in Korean, Korean, and foreign parents countries to relieve the stress caused by bilingualism and dual culture. We have identified that self-respect has a significant mediating effect on the effects of cultural stress on mental health. Therefore, it is necessary to promote self-esteem among multicultural youths. Research by Shin Ji-hyun and Kang Hyun-ah (2018) suggested that helping teenagers with depression develop positive self-esteem is an effective way to reduce and prevent depression among teenagers, so support and institutional measures are needed to promote self-esteem for children.
