As interest in the area of aging of domestic bridge facilities has been increased recently, inspection methods using image equipment and image processing are continuously being studied to efficiently manage bridge facilities. However, existing studies have been conducted mainly on cracks among the many types of defects that may occur in bridge facilities during imaging and processing, and in many cases, only limited areas of photographed images were used, not the entire area of the bridge being a testbed. In addition, additional research on vibration effects by rock type such as soft and hard rock and the proper location of PLHBM with electronic detonator will ensure the constructability and safety of tunnel construction in Korea. For ther more, in the case of existing defect and detection deep learning models, there is a limit to applying them to actual sites because artificial intelligence cannot classify images or users can't understand how and how to detect objects. To overcome these limitations, this study tested the matching success rate for images acquired as a result of unmanned aerial photography for one bridge in common in Seoul, and confirmed the accuracy of detection and measurement of AI-based cracks and defects based on the matched images. In particular, when measuring defects, defects were measured using the XAI-based defect and detection algorithm developed in this study, and accuracy was calculated based on the maximum width and area of the defects. As a result of the study, it was verified that the success rate of image matching for field application of the unmanned aerial vehicle photographing system was 88%, the accuracy of crack width was 98%, the crack length was 91%, and the XAI-based defect detection and measurement rate was 92∼94% for excellent field applicability.
