Global Village is no longer a strange term. Countries are becoming more closely connected and interdependence is increasing. In addition, problems such as the epidemic of infectious diseases, refugee rights, environmental pollution, and war, which are considered international issues, require cooperation and world-wide resolution. In such a rapidly changing world, the need for a "responsible global citizen" who critically looks at the current situation and contemplates and practices together is increasing daily. Global citizenship education is a higher concept that includes multicultural education, sustainable development education, international understanding education, and democratic citizenship education. However, with a wide range of topics and various concept definitions, there is a limitation in that it is actually being conducted as a type of knowledge transfer-oriented education in the educational field in Korea. Therefore, this study focuses on the children's museum exhibition and educational program considering their connection with the regular curriculum and creative and fluid education. Children's museums have different goals. However, through play and hands-on experience, one can find a common goal to grow holistic development, communication, and aesthetic sensitivity. This study first selects and examined four representative children's museums at home and abroad: Brooklyn Children's Museum, Kids Plaza Osaka, Seoul Children's Museum, and Gyeonggi Children's Museum. In each case, the results were derived through content analysis of exhibitions and education programs containing the contents of global citizenship education for young children. In addition, the study determined how much global citizenship education for young children is reflected in the exhibition and education program of the ACC Children Culture Adventure, the main subject of this paper. In addition, the research argues for the necessity of global citizenship education for young children that should be considered when creating plans at the ACC Children Culture Adventure. Based on this, ACC Children Culture Adventure has proposed a plan to strengthen global citizenship education for young children. First, it is necessary to share performance through exchanges between experts in order to strengthen the planning and capabilities of exhibition and education programs as an operational strategy for global citizenship education for young children in the ACC Children Culture Adventure. Furthermore, using the online platform, educational programs are conducted in real time with children living in various cultures so that you can meet each other naturally. It is also necessary to develop an online education guide so that professional educational materials can be researched and produced. Second, continuous job training is required to cultivate the professionalism of global citizenship education for young children of planners and educational instructors. Third, it is the development of Asian peace content based on local culture. An example, we briefly propose an exhibition and educational program plan that complements the ‘peace and conflict education’ that was lacking in the ACC Children Culture Adventure. Finally, it is a connected to regular educational institutions. By approaching global citizenship education for young children as cross-curricular learning, cooperation between various educational entities is presented through governance that includes intercurricular integration. Through this study, it is possible to recognize the educational meaning and value of global citizenship education for young children when operating the ACC Children Culture Adventure, supplementing limitations and contributing to various uses of global citizenship education for young children.
