한국산 백복령 중 트리터페노이드 성분의 분리 및 구조 확인에 관한 연구 Study on the Isolation and Structure Determination of the Triterpenoids from Korean White Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf
한국산 백복령을 클로로포름으로 추출한 다음 주된 트리터페노이드 성분을 분리, 정제하여 그 구조를 확인하였다. 추출액의 잔사를 메탄올로 재결정하여 주 트리터페노이드 성분(A-성분)을 분리하여, 메틸에스테르화(A-OMe 성분)시킨후 GC 및 역상HPLC에 의하여 2개의 성분 즉 $A_1$-OMe 및 $A_2$-OMe 성분을 분리하였다. 이 2개의 성분을UV, IR, $^1H$-NMR, $^{13}C$-NMR, FAB-mass 스펙트럼 및 원소 분석에 의하여 구조를 확인한 결과 $A_1$-OMe 성분은 methyl $3{\beta}$-hydroxylanosta-7,9(11),24-trien-21-oate이었고, $A_2$-OMe 성분은 methyl dehydroeburicoate와 methyl trametenolate의 혼합물이었다.
