유방암 환자의 추후관리에서 환자와 가족이 서로의 부담을 나눌 수 있도록 격려하고, 체계적이고 지속적인 상담을 통해 가족의 지지를 강화할 필요가 있는 이유는 무엇인가? | 본 연구에서 일반적 특성에 따른 가족지지는 종교가 있는 군이 없는 군보다 높았는데, 이는 환자와 가족이 같은 종교를 가지고 있을 확률이 높으며, 가정 내에서 시행하는 종교 예식을 통하여 서로 지지하고 격려하는 기회를 가짐으로써 종교가 있는 환자가 가족지지를 더 높게 지각하는 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구에서 가정 월수입 250만 원 초과군이 250만 원 이하군보다 가족지지가 높았는데, 이는 경제력이 낮은 가족에게 환자가 있으면 경제적 부담을 더 심각하게 느끼게 되고 경제활동을 위해 더 많은 시간을 투자해야 하기 때문에 환자와 함께 할 수 있는 기회가 적기 때문인 것으로 추측된다. 따라서 유방암 환자의 추후관리에서 환자와 가족이 서로의 부담을 나눌 수 있도록 격려하고, 체계적이고 지속적인 상담을 통해 가족의 지지를 강화할 필요가 있다. |
