MCA, Rt. VA 그리고 BA의 혈류속도 변화가 있었지만, 근막이완술과 플라시보 기법간 유의한 혈류속도 차이는 없었다. 그러나 근막이완술을 적용한 실험군은 플라시보 기법을 적용한 대조군보다 통증수준이 더 감소하여, 근막이완술이 진통효과에 탁월한 치료임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 경추성 두통은 경부의 문제로 기인된 통증으로 경부에 직접 적용된 수기요법이 경부의 관절 및 연부조직에 영향을 줄 뿐만 아니라 이들을 통로로 하는 혈관들과 신경까지도 영향을 주어 회복에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. | |
