유자의 활성성분인 hesperidin과 hesperetin의 산화적 스트레스 개선 효과를 LLC-PK1 cell을 이용해 분석한 결과는 어떠한가? | 본 연구에서는 유자의 활성성분인 hesperidin과 hesperetin의 산화적 스트레스 개선 효과를 LLC-PK1 cell을 이용하여 비교 검토하였다. Hesperidin과 hesperetin는 NO와 ROO·에 의해 유발된 산화적 스트레스에 의해 감소되어진 cell viability를 유의적으로 증가시켜 우수한 산화적 스트레스 개선 효과를 나타내었다. 특히 hesperidin의 aglycone형태인 hesperetin이 더 뛰어난 효과를 나타내었다. 반면, Hesperidin과 hesperetin은 O2-에 의해 유발된 산화적 스트레스에 대해서는 효과가 없었다. 따라서, 유자 활성 물질인 hesperidin과 hesperetin은 NO와 ROO·에 의해 유발된 산화적 스트레스를 개선함으로써 이로 인한 질병을 예방하는 천연 항산화제로서 역할을 할 것으로 사료된다. | |
