뇌졸중 환자들의 균형과 보행을 위해 보바스 치료법을 적용할 경우 어떤 효과가 있는가? | 뇌졸중 환자들의 균형과 보행을 치료하기 위해 PNF 치료법,20 보이타 치료법,21 보바스(Bobath) 치료법22 등을 사용한다. 특히 보바스 치료는 뇌졸중 환자가 가지고 있는 비정상적 운동형태와 반사, 비정상적인 근육의 긴장도, 협응운동의 결핍 등의 문제를 치료 초기부터 억제(inhibition) 시킨다. 또한 환측의 운동을 촉진시켜 양쪽 모두를 동일하게 운동할 수 있도록 양측성 활동(bilateral activities)능력을 이끌어내며 환자로부터 정상적인 자세와 반사, 정상적인 협응 등을 이끌어낸다고 하였다.23 Kim24 의 연구에서는 뇌졸중 환자가 체간 정렬을 위하여 보바스 치료를 받을 경우 균형과 보행 능력이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. |
