애착과 삶의 질을 매개하는 변인으로서 긍정적, 부정적 정서 상태에 대해 설명하시오 | 다양한 잠재 매개변인들 중 첫째로 긍정적, 부정적 정서 상태를 들 수 있다. 애착대상과 긍정적관계일수록 타인으로부터 관계에 있어 스트레스 인식과 부정적 감정에 대한 적응을 조절하는 건설적 감정조절을 증진시킨다 (Bowlby, 1969; Diamond & Hicks, 2004). 불안저항 애착유형자들은 부정적 감정에 아주 민감하고, 불안회피형은 감정불능증과 같은 감정을 무시하는 경향이 있으며 (Feeney & Ryan, 1994; Searle & Meara, 1999; Weardon et al., 2003), 이러한 감정 상태와 삶의 질 간의 강한 관련성을 보고하고 있다(Watson & Pennebaker, 1988). 부정적, 긍정적 감정 모두 기능적으로 경험적으로 분리가능하며, 모두 애착과 삶의 질의 잠재적 중재변인이될 수 있다(Cacioppo & Gardner, 1999; Frederickson, 2001). Park(2004)의 연구를 살펴보면 심리적 안녕감의하위요인 중 긍정적 정서에 대해서는 회피애착과 불안애착 모두에서 유의한 부적상관을 보였고, 부정적 정서에 대해서는 불안애착과는 유의한 정적상관을 보였다. 이는 회피애착과 불안애착이 강할수록 긍정적 정서를 적게 느끼며, 불안애착이 강할수록 부정적 정서를 강하게 느낀다고 하겠다(Yoo, 2005). |
