본 연구에서 우리는 2014년 삼복첩 기간 동안 삼복첩을 시술한 어린이들의 보호자를 대상으로 부작용 관련사항이나 삼복첩에 대한 인식과 관련된 설문조사를 진행하여 보고하는 바이다.
제안 방법
4례는 유전과 관련되었다고 판명하였는데 그 중 2례는 부자관계, 다른 2례는 자매관계였다고 한다. 그 외 음주 등의 불량한 생활방식이 4례, 시술전 담마진 병력 1례, 첩부 기간 감기 1례, 원인불명 2례로 16례의 위중한 수포반응을 분석하였다. 그 외에도 삼복첩으로 발생한 피부 손상을 치료하는 것에 대한 연구도 많이 있었다.

SPSS 19 for window program을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 삼복첩 시술 전후의 혈압, 맥박, 체온의 유의한 변화가 있는지 확인하기 위하여 치료 전후의 차이를 분석하는 대응표본 T검정을 사용하였다. 아이의 땀의 특성이나 삼복첩 부착 시간, 주의사항 준수 여부 등과 부작용 발생여부의 통계적 관련성을 알아보기 위하여 카이제곱 검정을 실시하였다.

홍반 1건의 경우 삼복첩을 떼고 난 후 당일에 발생하였다고 하였으며 소양감의 경우 2건 중 1건은 삼복첩을 붙이고 있던 중에 나타났다고 하였고 다른 1건에서는 삼복첩을 떼고 난 후 당일에 나타났다고 하였다. 총 5건의 부작용 중 3건은 삼복첩 부착중에 발생하였고 2건은 삼복첩 시술 당일에 나타난 것으로 삼복첩 시술일 후에 발생한 부작용은 없었고 모두 시술일에 나타난 부작용이었다. 부작용 지속시간의 경우 소양감 2건 중 1건이 2~3일 지속되었다고 하였고 나머지 소양감 1건과 열감 2건 홍반 1건이 당일 소실되었다고 보고하였다.
후속연구
삼복첩 시술시에 당부한 주의사항을 잘 준수하였는지 여부와 부작용 발생 여부도 통계적인 유의성을 발견하지 못하였다. 삼복첩 주의사항과 부작용의 관련성을 찾지 못하였기 때문에 추후 연구에서 삼복첩 주의사항의 준수 여부와 삼복첩 효과와의 관련성을 알아보면 좋으리라 생각된다.
설문의 응답자 수가 34건으로 다소 부족하긴 하지만 삼복첩 사용이 임상가에 빠르게 확산되고 있는 상황에서 국내의 삼복첩에 관한 연구가 절대적으로 부족함을 고려할 때 본 연구가 임상에서의 삼복첩 사용 및 삼복첩에 관한 후속연구에 도움이 될 수 있으리라 생각한다.
