제안 방법
본 연구에서 초등학생의 교사애착, 또래애착과 자기격려, 진로자기효능감과 진로성숙도간의 구조적 관계 및 영향력을 알아보기 위해 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 표집 자료의 연구모형의 검증을 위하여 SPSS18.
본 연구의 측정도구로 사용된 설문지는 초등학생들의 교사애착, 또래애착, 자기격려, 진로자기효능감, 진로성숙도 척도 5가지였다. 교사애착, 또래애착은 [23] 를 번역한 “학생사회지지척도”를 수정하여 사용한 [24]의 사회적 지지 척도를 사용하였다.
이와 같이 교사애착, 또래애착, 자기격려는 진로성숙도에 간접효과를 가지고 있으므로 이들이 통계적으로 유의미한 매개효과가 있는지 부트스트랩 방법을 적용하여 매개효과 검증을 하였다. 매개효과 검증결과 교사애착, 또래애착, 자기격려는 모두 진로성숙도에 대하여 유의미한 매개효과를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

이론/모형

성능/효과
이렇듯 초등학교 고학년은 학업시간 증가로 가정보다 학교에서 보내는 시간이 증가하게 되므로 영향력을 미치는 교사의 역할이 차지하는 비중도 커진다. 결국 본 연구결과는 교사와 애착관계가 높을수록 아동의 자기격려와 진로 자기효능감을 통해 진로발달을 촉진할 수 있음을 보여준다.
[Table 3]에 나타난 바와 같이 또래애착→진로자기효능감, 교사애착→진로성숙도, 또래애착→진로성숙도, 자기격려→진로성숙도는 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났으며, 나머지 경로는 유의미한 영향을 미치는 예측변인인 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 살펴보면 교사애착은 자기격려와 진로자기효능감에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치고 있으며, 또래애착은 자기격려에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 자기격려는 진로자기효능감에 유의미한 정적 영향을, 진로자기효능감은 진로성숙도에 정적 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다
넷째, 진로자기효능감은 진로성숙도에 직접적인 영향을 주고 있는 요인이며, 교사애착이 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 데 있어 매개효과도 있음을 나타내었다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 진로자기효능감 수준이 높은 사람이 진로발달에도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다고 밝힌 선행연구 [35, 36, 37]과도 일치한다.
둘째, 또래애착은 자기격려를 통해 진로성숙도에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 나타난 이러한 결과는 아동기에 독립성과 자율성을 확장된 또래와의 사회적 관계를 형성한다고 밝힌 선행연구[32]와 부분적으로 일치되는 결과이다.

셋째, 자기격려는 교사애착, 또래애착에 따른 진로성숙도에 매개적인 역할을 하고 있으며, 진로자기효능감을 통해 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자기격려가 진로자기효능감에 영향을 주며 진로발달에 긍정적 매개역할을 하고 있다고 선행연구[34]에서 밝힌 것과 일치하는 결과이다.
본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 진로자기효능감 수준이 높은 사람이 진로발달에도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다고 밝힌 선행연구 [35, 36, 37]과도 일치한다. 이상의 결과에서 초등학교 6학년생의 교사애착관계가 자기격려와 진로자기효능감을 매개효과로 진로성숙도에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 또래애착 또한 자기격려를 매개효과로 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치고 있음을 밝혔다.
진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 변인들의 전체 인과관계를 살펴보면, 가장 설명력이 높은 변인은 진로자기효능감으로 간접효과는 없으며 전체효과는 β=.831이며, 다음은 자기격려로 직접효과(β=.157)와 간접효과(β=.527)를 합한 전체효과 β=.685, 또래애착은 직접효과(β=.070)와 간접효과(β=.301)를 합한 전체효과 β=.370, 교사애착은 직접효과(β=-.101)와 간접효과(β=.379)를 합한 전체효과 β=.278로 나타났다.
진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 변인의 상대적 예측력은 진로자기효능감(β=.831)이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났는데, 이와 같은 결과는 아동이 진로에 대한 선택과 의사결정, 계획을 잘 추진할수록 진로성숙도가 높다고 해석할수 있다.
첫째, 교사애착은 진로성숙도에 자기격려와 진로자기효능감을 통해 간접적인 영향을 주고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과는 청소년이 지각한 교사와의 친밀감은 교사의 지지가 강할수록 진로결정효능감에 대한 기대가 높다고 밝힌 선행연구 [8, 11]의 이론과 부분적으로 일치되는 결과이다.
후속연구
아동기는 진로발달 단계에서 성장기 과정으로서 중요한 전생애적 과정을 준비하며 직업적 발달과제를 성취하는 시기이다. 이상의 여러 연구 결과는 초등학교에서부터 또래와 교사와의 밀접한 관계와 자기격려를 토대로 개인과 타인, 사회활동 적응에 필요한 세부적인 학생생활 지도, 생애설계와 진로지도가 체계적으로 이루어질 필요성을 말해준다.
선행연구들의 결과를 토대로 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 교사, 또래애착과 자기격려, 진로자기효능감을 설정하며, 그들간의 관계를 분석하고, 특히 애착과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 자기격려와 진로자기효능감의 매개효과를 알아보고자 한다. 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 변인의 영향에 대한 본 연구의 결과는 향후 진로지도에 필요한 이론적인 기초 자료를 제공하며, 진로교육 프로그램 개발 및 운영에 유용한 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
