생활습관중재가 부인암 환자에게 미치는 효과를 연구 한 결과는 어떠한가? | 본 연구에서는 Cox의 대상자 건강행위 상호작용모델에 기반한 신체활동과 영양교육이 접목된 6주간의 생활습관중재가 부인암 환자에게 미치는 효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 중재를 제공한 부인암 환자의 피로는 유의하게 감소하였고 영양상태 및 사회/가족 영역의 삶의 질이 유의하게 호전되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로, 부인암 환자의 건강 증진을 위해서는 신체활동과 영양교육이 포함된 생활습관중재를 전문가인 간호사가 대상자와 긴밀한 상호작용을 통해 시행해나가는 중재가 적절하다고 본다. |
