화상의 정상적인 치료 과정은? | 일반적인 화상으로 인한 상처의 정상적인 치료 과정을 보면 지혈반응(Hemostasis) - 염증반응(Inflammatory response) - 증식반응(Proliferation) - 상처수축(Wound concentration)의 과정을 거친다6). 상처 치유의 각 반응에서는 염증세포, 각질세포, 섬유아세포 등이 분비하는 여러 종류의 성장인자나 cytokine 등이 함께 작용하여 상처 치유에 관여하는데, 이는 상처치유과정에서의 상처부의 염증세포가 분비하는 매개체들의 신호에 의해서 단핵구나 대식세포들이 상처부위로 모여들고, cytokine 등을 분비하면, 상처 주변의 섬유아세포 등의 증식과 이동이 진행 되고, 그 과정 중에 혈관생성에 관련되는 인자들이 같이 작용하여 손상된 상처부위의 진피층의 기질형성과 더불어 혈관생성 등이 일어나며 치유가 일어나게 된다7,8). |
