제안 방법
전체연구과정은 총 4단계로 이루어졌다. 1단계는 연구 대상자의 기초선을 확인하기 위한 평가단계로 참여자들에 대한 병력, 인지수준, 시지각, 작업수행평가를 실시하였다. 1단계에서는 치매환자가 아니거나 참여가 불가능한 고도치매 환자를 선별하였고, ACLS 검사 결과를 바탕으로 대상자에게 적합한 활동의 난이도 및 도움의 정도를 고려하여 활동을 조정하였다.

본 연구에서도 치매환자의 작업수행기술을 측정한 결과 운동기술은 기초선과 비교했을 때 집단작업치료프로그램 전, 후에 유의미한 차이가 있었지만 집단작업치료프로그램 전과 후를 비교했을 때에는 차이가 없었다. 또한 처리기술에서는 기초선과 프로그램 후, 프로그램 전과 프로그램 후의 비교에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 이러한 결과는 정원미, 윤종철, 황윤정이 연구한 지역사회 경증치매 환자를 대상으로 한 전산화 인지재활치료에서 치료 후 작업수행기술의 연구결과와 유사한 것으로 운동기술에서는 치료 전・후 유의한 변화를 가지지 않았지만, 처리기술에서는 유의미한 결과를 나타내고 있었다[34].
본 연구결과에서 집단작업치료프로그램을 실시한 후 인지기능과 관련 있는 시지각 기능을 분석한 결과 집단 작업치료프로그램 후 전체적으로 향상된 결과를 보였다. 이는 정원미가 실시한 인지기능 평가도구의 세부항목과 비교했던 공간지각력, 실행력, 시각운동협응능력 등 시지각 기능과 관련된 능력의 증진을 보인 결과와 일치한다[31].

프로그램 전과 후에 능력치가 0.3 이상으로 임상적으로 유의하게 변한 경우는 운동기술 6명, 처리기술 5명이었으며, 이 중 0.5 이상으로 통계적으로 유의하게 변화한 경우는 운동기술 4명, 처리기술 3명이었다[Table 4].
