Methods: The subjects were 280 adults from 16 to 64 years old in Seoul and Gyeonggi from June 20 to July 31, 2014, A self-reported questionnaire was completed after receiving informed consent. The independent variables consisted of predisposing, enabling, and need factors. The predisposing factors included gender, age, residence area, number of family. The enabling variables included monthly income, education, occupation, type of employment. The need factors included subjective oral health recognition and oral health belief model. These three variables had a direct and indirect influence on dental clinic use. The types of occupation were classified into desk duties, merchandizing and service duties technology and others by KSCO-6. Results: The relating factors to dental health care utilization were sex, oral health beliefs perceived benefits, perceived barriers, and self-efficacy. Female tended to have the higher oral health beliefs perceived benefits, perceived barriers(p<0.01), self-efficacy(p<0.05). Conclusions: Those who received frequent oral examination and health instruction tended to have a favorable impact on maintenance of oral health status and improvement in quality of life.

따라서, 본 연구는 산업체 근로자의 직업유형에 따른 구강보건행위와 구강건강신념을 파악하고 산업체 근로자들의 치과의료 이용에 관련된 요인을 분석하여 구강건강 향상을 위한 구강건강증진 프로그램을 개발과 효율적인 구강보건사업에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.
제안 방법
에 분류된 직업에 종사하는 만18세-64세의 사업장 근무자로 대상자 300명을 편의표본 추출하여 조사하였다. 설문조사의 연구목적과 작성방법을 설명하였고 연구 참여 동의를 구한 후 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 300부의 회수된 설문지 중 무응답, 불성실한 응답을 제외하고 280부를 최종적으로 분석하였다.
연구도구는 송 등14)과 이15), 김12)의 연구도구를 수정하고 보완하였으며, 독립변수의 설정은 앤더슨 모형을 적용한 선행 연구를 바탕으로 소인요인, 가능요인, 필요요인으로 분류하였다. 소인요인은 질병 이전부터 존재해 온 개인적 특성으로 성별, 연령, 거주지, 가족 수를 변수로 정하였고, 가능요인은 의료자원을 이용 가능하게 하는 요인으로 소득, 교육 수준, 직업유형, 고용형태를 변수로 정하였다.

2. 대상자의 직업유형에 따른 일반적 특성의 차이를 살펴 본 결과, 성별, 연령, 교육 수준, 고용형태, 근무시간, 근무일수에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 대상자의 직업유형에 따른 구강보건행위는 칫솔질 횟수와 치간칫솔에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
3. 구강건강신념과 주관적 구강건강인식의 차이를 직업유형에 따라 알아 본 결과 주관적 구강건강 인식에서 사무⋅관리직, 기타, 판매⋅서비스직, 기술⋅기능직순으로 나타났다.
4. 치과의료 이용에 영향을 미치는 유의미한 변인을 분석한 결과 성별에서 여자(OR=1.98, p＜0.05), 주관적 구강건강 중 ‘매우건강하다’(OR=0.03, p<0.05), 구강건강신념 중 유익성(OR=1.42, p＜0.01), 장애성(OR=0.77, p＜0.01), 자기효능감(OR=1.33, p＜0.05)이 치과 이용 유무를 예측하는 유의미한 변인으로 나타났다.
후속연구
7% 사용하는 것으로 보고된 결과와는 차이를 나타냈다. 근로자들에게 필요한 구강관리보조용품을 항상 사용할 수 있도록 중요성을 설명하고 대상자에게 맞는 구강관리보조용품을 선택할 수 있도록 구강보건교육을 강화해야 할 것이다.
이상과 같은 결과로 산업체 근로자의 구강건강을 위한 조기검진 및 조기치료가 이루어져야 할 것이며 구강보건행위와 치과의료 이용을 높이기 위한 사업장에서의 구강보건관리 체계를 구축할 방안을 모색하는데 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.
