국외 만성질환아 부모의 연구 결과를 한국 만성질환아 부모의 부모되기에 반영하기 어려운 이유는? | 한편 국외에서는 당뇨나 천식을 가진 만성질환아동 부모의 양육부담감 또는 양육경험에 대한 질적연구 및 질적자료에 대한 메타합성 연구 등이 보고되었으나[3,4,12,13] 그 결과를 한국 문화권 내에서 만성질환아 부모의 부모되기에 반영하기에는 제한이 있을 수 있다. 이는 한국의 경우 타 문화권에 비해 부모역할에 대한 민감도 및 몰입이 높고 전체로서의 가족의 역할이 중시되며 이러한 특성이 자녀의 만성질환관리와 양육을 동시에 감당해야 하는 만성질환아 부모의 부모되기 경험에 반영되기 때문이다. |
