근로자들이 스트레스를 해소하기 위해 음주에 의존하는 것이 문제가 되는 이유는 무엇인가? | 특히, 근로자의 경우 직장생활에서의 여러 가지 스트레스나 역할 갈등, 우울 등을 해소하는 일환으로 음주를 하는 경우가 많은데 이는 더 심각한 신체적 질병이나 심리, 정서적 문제를 야기할 수 있다[9]. 또한, 직무스트레스나 갈등, 우울 등을 해소하기 위해 시작한 음주가 습관성 문제 음주로 발전하고, 이를 해소하기 보다는 더 심각한 심리적인 문제나 행동의 문제를 야기하는 등 부정적인 사건을 겪게 되고 이로 인해 우울한 기분이 일어나며 다시 기분을 변화시키기 위해 또 음주를 하게 되는 악순환이 반복 될 수 있기 때문이다[10]. 그럼에도 불구하고 대부분 직장인들은 스트레스 해소의 방법으로 음주에 의존하는 경향이 많음이 보고되고 있다[7,10,11] |
