하퇴절단자의 경우 어떠한 어려움이 있는가? | [1-2] 또한 내전(Inversion)과 외전(Eversion) 방향으로도 각각 4°와 7° 정도의 발목 회전을 함으로써 보행 안정성을 유지하는데, 특히 낮은 장애물(bump)이나 경사면이 있을 경우 내전, 외전 방향으로의 회전이 보행 안정성을 유지하는데 있어서 매우 중요하다.[1,3] 하퇴절단자의 경우 생체 조직이 온전히 보존되어 있는 일반인과는 달리 절단 후 남은 생체 부위와 의지의 기계적 성능에만 의지해 보행을 해야 한다는 어려움을 갖고 있다.[4] 따라서 하퇴의지는 원활한 보행을 위한 기본적인 기능인 보행 안정성 확보, 지면 조건 적응 및 충격 흡수 등의 기능을 충족해야 할 뿐 아니라 개개인의 활동성에 따라서 다양한 모드를 제공해야 한다. |
