발달장애 아동 양육을 위한 어머니의 건강관련 교육요구 연구에선 어떤 순서로 건강요구를 하는가? | 발달장애 아동 양육과정에서 볼 수 있는 흔한 건강문제로는 간질, 심장마비, 알러지 질환, 당뇨병, 비만, 영양문제(변비, 설사, 치아 문제), 골절과 탈구, 우울증, 야뇨, 언어장애, 응급처치 및 약물요법으로 인한 문제 등이 있는데 주로 건강문제를 신체적 장애나 증상 유무에 초점을 두고 있었다[7,8]. 장애 아동 양육을 위한 어머니의 건강관련 교육요구 연구에서는 장애에 대한 정보와 지식의 습득, 인지발달 및 학업, 대인관계, 행동 및 정서, 감각, 운동, 생리적 변화에 따른 성교육, 배설 및 위생관리, 의료적 관리, 수면, 영양 및 식습관 순으로 건강요구가 있었으며, 장애 아동의 어머니들이 아동의 신체적, 정신적, 사회적 이상 증상에 대해 알고 있어야 할 필요가 있음을 강조하였다[9]. 따라서 발달장애에서 처방되는 약물이나 수술을 비롯한 물리치료, 질병의 진단과 치료에 대한 어머니 대상 건강교육들이 활발히 실시될 필요가 있다. |
