우리가 움직일 때 균형을 유지하는 역학적인 문제점은 무엇인가? | 안정된 자세를 유지하고 균형을 유지하는 능력은 운동 기술의 수행을 통합하며, 수행될 동작이나 동작이 발생 하는 환경에서 분리할 수 없다(Carr & Shepherd, 1998). 우리가 움직일 때 균형을 유지하는 역학적인 문제점은 중추신경계(central nervous system)에 대한 변화이다. Ghez (1991)는 움직이고 자세를 유지하는 데 필요한 조절(adjustment)은 중력과 다른 외부적인 힘에 대항해 신체를 지지하기, 기저면(BOS)위에서 신체 중심 (center of mass, COM)을 정렬하고 균형을 유지하기, 다른 부분을 움직일 때 신체의 분절을 안정시키기 등의 3가지 목표를 가진다고 하였다(Carr & Shepherd, 2003). |
