수술 후 통증 관리 방법의 단점은 무엇인가? 수술 후 통증 관리를 위해 아편유사제, NSAIDs, acetaminophen, ketamine, clonidine, lidocaine, gabapentinoids 등을 병용하여 경구, 정맥 투여하거나 경막외진통, 말초신경차단술 등의 다양한 방법을 사용하고 있다6). 그러나 이러한 진통 치료에서 오심, 구토, 어지럼증, 변비, 졸림 등 다양한 부작용이 발생할 수 있다6) .
