올바르지 않은 식습관을 가진 영유아들이 많은 것으로 나타는 조사는 어떠한 것들이 있는가? | 여러 연구에 따르면, 우리나라는 편식과 같은 올바르지 않은 식습관을 가진 영유아들이 많은 것으로 조사되었다. 경북구미 지역 어린이집 유아들의 식품 및 영양소 섭취상태 평가연구에서 유아들은 대부분 채소를 잘 섭취하지 않는 것으로나타났으며, 칼슘과 철분 섭취가 특히 부족한 것으로 조사되었다(Sin EK & Lee YK 2005). 경기지역 학부모를 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과에서는 자녀의 편식 식품군은 채소 및 과일류와 어육류가 각각 1순위와 2순위였으며, 연령이 낮은 집단이 연령이 높은 집단에 비해 편식 비율이 높았다(Oh YJ & Chang YK 2006). 또한, 유치원에 다니는 학령 전 아동을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과에서는 탄산음료나 가공식품에대한 선호도는 높은 반면, 채소류에 대해서는 기호도가 상대적으로 낮았다(Park HS & Ahn SH 2003). |
