제안 방법
26)27) 셋째, 외상 후 스트레스 장애-체크리스트(Post-Traumatic Stress DisorderChecklist, 이하 PCL)가 있다. 외상 후 스트레스 장애의 진단 평가 및 선별을 목적으로 개발된 자가보고식 설문지이며 총 17문항으로 구성되어 있다. 응답자는 5점 척도(1~5)로 평가하며 총점 범위는 17점에서 85점까지이며 소방공무원이나 군인과 같은 특수군에서는 절단점 44/45점을 많이 이용한다.

소방공무원과 정신건강영향에 대한 체계적 문헌 고찰 과정을 진행하기 위해 검색 엔진으로 학술연구정보서비스 (www.riss.kr)와 미국국립보건원 산하 미국국립의학도서관에서 운영중인 PubMed(www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed) 를 이용하였다. 영어 검색어로는 “Firefighter and posttraumatic stress disorder”, “Firefighter and PTSD”, “Firefighter and posttraumatic stress disorder and risk factor”를 사용하였으며 한글 검색어로는 “소방공무원 and 외상 후 스트레스 장애”, “소방공무원 and 외상 후 스트레스 장애 and 악화”, “소방공무원 and 정신건강”을 사용하였다.
추가적으로 선택된 논문 중 동일한 논문인 경우, 단순한 증례 보고 형태의 논문, 본문 내용 없이 초록만 제시된 논문의 경우는 제외하는 것으로 하였다. 최종적으로 체계적 문헌 고찰을 진행할 논문으로 영어 논문 19개, 한글 논문 13개를 선택하였다.
