업무의 특수성으로 인한 스트레스는 어떤 것이며, 어떤 부정적 결과를 초래하는가? | 첫째, 업무의 특수성으로 인한 스트레스이다. 각종 재난 사고 현장에서의 인명 구조 활동, 자연재해, 인적재해, 산업사고, 교통사고 등의 상황에서 출동, 구조, 구급 등의 임무를 수행함으로써 국민의 안녕을 보호 하는 역할을 하고 있다(1). 아울러 이런 상황을 맞이해서 가장 먼저 재난 장면에서 들어가서 가장 나중에 나와야 하는 역할 또한 수행해야 한다. 이들의 이런 특수한 상황은 재난 현장에서 직접적인 부상이나 생명의 위협을 경험하는 1차 외상, 재난 피해자들의 고통, 참혹한 광경, 훼손된 신체 등을 목격하는 2차 외상경험, 그리고 이런 사건에 1차적, 지속적 노출이 되어 심각한 스트레스를 경험하게 된다(2). |
