In this study, 335 data was collected from early adulthood of A-city, D-city and C-city in South Korea from Dec. 2016 to Jan. 2017, and the collected data was analyzed with SPSS 23.0 software. The result showed that the Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of five organs was 0.775-0.853. The reliabilities of test and retest Intra Correlation Coefficient (ICC) for the five organs were .891-.929 in pattern identification and .874-.930 in functional evaluation, respectively. Each organ was divided by two factors, and the factor loadings of Liver, Heart, Spleen, Lung and Kidney were 52.973%, 54.534%, 57.060%, 53.803%, and 46.337%, respectively. The functional evaluation of five organs was associated with self-rated health status as r was -.443 to -.583(p<.001), and quality of life as r was -.5.17 to -.716(p<.001), respectively. The test-retest diagnostic agreement was 67.2% and Kappa was 0.562. This study revealed that FOQ is a reliable and valid questionnaire.

본 연구는 선행연구인 한의변증도구의 연구개발 현황20), 한의 변증도구 표준프로세스 개발23), 한의 오장 변증·평가 설문지 기초연구24)의 후속연구로서 KMDE 시스템 개발과정에 따라 설정한 문항이 실제 대상자들에게 적용할 때 신뢰성과 타당성이 있는지를 살펴보았다.
제안 방법
본 연구에서는 대상자의 일반적 특성을 파악하기 위해 성별,연령, 신장, 체중, BMI, 거주형태, 경제상태, 음주, 흡연으로 구성된 9개 문항을 조사하였으며, 간(肝), 심(心), 비(脾), 폐(肺), 신(腎) 5개 항목으로 구성된 오장 변증·평가 설문지를 사용하였다.
연구자들은 KCD-U 코드에 따른 변증설문지의 개발현황을 살펴20) 한의변증진단개발 표준 프로세스를 제시하였고23), 이 절차를 이용하여 최근 오장 변증·평가 설문지를 개발하였다24). 오장 변증·평가 설문은 동일문항을 통해 오장변증과 오장기능 가중치를 서로 다르게 책정하여 변증유형을 진단하고 기능을 동시에 평가할 수 있도록 한 설문도구이다.
대상 데이터
본 연구는 2016년 12월부터 2017년 1월까지 A시, D시, C시에 위치한 도시에서 대상자들의 설문정보를 수집하였다. 본 연구는 D 대학교 생명윤리심의위원회(Institutional Review Board; IRB)(승인번호: 1040647-201611-HR-005-03)의 승인 후 연구를 진행하였다.
본 연구에서는 한의변증설문지 개발 프로세스에 따라 만들어진 오장 변증·평가 설문지를 이용하여 일반 인구집단 335명을 대상으로 신뢰도와 타당도를 평가하였다.
데이터처리
요인을 추출하기 위한 모형은 정보의 손실을 최소화하면서 보다 적은 수의 요인을 구하고자 할 때 사용되는 주성분 분석(Principal Component Analysis, PCA)방법을 이용하였으며, 요인회전은 Varimax 방법을 이용하였다. 또한 수렴타당도를 확인하기 위해 오장 기능 평가점수와 주관적 건강상태점수 및 삶의 질의 관계를 Pearson Correlation Coefficient 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 마지막으로 변증결과의 신뢰도를 확인하기 위해 1차와 2차 변증결과의 Kappa 값을 산출하였다.
0 Statistics Program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 일반적 특성은 빈도분석(Frequency Analysis) 및 기술통계를 실시하였으며, 오장 변증·평가 설문의 내적 일관성을 평가하기 위해 신뢰도 분석을 통한 Cronbach’s α 값을 산출하였다. 또한 변증진단과 기능평가의 재현정도를 알아보기 위해 반복성의 평가, 검사-재검사법(Test-Retest), 평가자 사이의 일치도 평가를 위해 사용하는 급내상관계수(Intraclass CorrelationCoefficient; ICC)를 통해 검증하였다.
