Recently, the number of cases of child abuse has been increasing and, consequently, the social interest in this issue is increasing. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between child abuse, rejection sensitivity and emotional regulation and to identify the mediating effects of rejection sensitivity in the relationship between child abuse and emotional regulation. For this purpose, a survey on child abuse, rejection sensitivity and emotional regulation was administered to 217 elementary school students in the fourth, fifth and sixth grades, who had been reported as victims of child abuse or managed as suspected child abuse victims in the Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Chungcheong, and Gyeongsang regions. The data was analyzed using structural equation modelling and bootstrapping. The findings showed that child abuse was significantly negatively correlated with emotional regulation, but positively correlated with rejection sensitivity. Emotional regulation was significantly negatively correlated with rejection sensitivity. Second, the structural equation analysis also revealed that rejection sensitivity fully mediated the relationship between child abuse and emotional regulation. This means that child abuse has an indirect effect on emotional regulation through rejection sensitivity. 문제 정의

제안 방법
둘째, 아동의 학대 경험과 정서조절의 관계를 거부민 감성이 매개 하는지 구조방정식모형을 통해 확인하였다. 그 결과 거부민감성이 완전매개하는 모형이 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 변인들의 관계성에 대한 검증을 위해 두 개의 모형, 즉 연구모형(완전매개모형)과 경쟁모형(부분매개모형)을 설정하여 비교 하였다. 두 모형의 지수는 모두 양호하게 나타났으며, 그 결과는 Table 2에 제시하였다.
대상 데이터
본 연구를 위해 2016년 10월 25일부터 2016년 11월 30일까지 서울·경기 3개 지역, 강원 3개 지역, 충청 1개 지역, 경상 2개 지역에서 지역아동보호전문기관에 아동 학대로 신고 되었거나 학대의심사례로 관리되고 있는 초등학교 4, 5, 6학년 아동을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 강원 1개 지역은 연구자가 직접 대상자를 만나 설문에 대한 내용을 안내한 후 설문지를 배부하고 즉시 수거하였다.
사회복지사, 상담교사는 아동에게 설문에 대한 내용을 안내한 후 설문을 실시하였고, 작성된 설문지는 우편으로 배송 및 회수되었다. 설문에 참여한 아동은 총 263명이었으며, 이중 무응답 문항이 많거나 반복해서 같은 번호로 응답한 경우를 제외한 217명의 설문지를 자료 분석에 사용하였다.

거부민감성을 측정하기 위해 이경숙, 서수정과 신의진[42]이 Downey와 Feldman[43]의 척도를 번안하고, 문화적 특성을 고려해 박지윤[44]이 수정 및 보완한 척도를 사용하였다. 또래관련 상황 8가지, 교사관련 상황 4 가지로 총 12상황이 제시되어 있고 각 상황에 따른 거부 불안, 거부분노, 거부우울, 거부예상정도를 측정하는 총 48문항으로 구성되어 있다.

이상의 결과는 학대 피해아동의 정서조절능력 감소가 학대경험으로 인해 증가된 거부민감성에 기인한다는 것을 의미한다. 거부를 반복적으로 경험한 사람들은 타인의 사소하고 중립적인 반응에 대해 예기불안·예기분노·예기우울을 느끼는 심리적 특징을 보임으로써, 자신의 정서에서 한걸음 물러나 조절할 수 있는 능력이 떨어지게 된다.
