휘트니스 지도자의 감정노동과 직무소진을 상쇄시키기 위한 직원의 효율적 교육이 체계적으로 이루어져야 하는 이유는 무엇인가? | 이러한 결과를 통해 연구결과가 시사하는 바는 최근 건강 열풍에 많은 휘트니스센터가 양적으로 증가하고 이에 따른 지도자 역시 증가하고 있으나 회원에 대한 대면적 차원에서 발생하는 감정노동으로 인한 직무소진은 업무의 효율성을 감소시키고 더 나아가 회원들에 대한 서비스 질을 낮추게 되는 결과로 이어질 가능성이 매우 높다. 따라서 휘트니스 지도자의 감정노동과 직무소진을 상쇄시키기 위한 직원의 효율적 교육이 체계적으로 이루어 질 수 있도록 하는 노력이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. |
