골목상권의 고객들에 대한 기존 연구가 가지는 한계점은 무엇인가? | 노후화된 골목상권의 재생방안을 마련하기 위해서는 먼저 어떤 고객이 얼마나 돈을 쓰는지를 파악하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 그러나 상권 관련 매출액을 분석한 기존 연구들은 자료 확보의 어려움 등으로 고객특성을 다룬 적이 거의 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서울시의 “서울 열린 데이터 광장”에서 제공하는 골목상권 데이터를 이용하여 골목상권의 고객특성이 매출액에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하며 분석방법으로 지리가중회귀분석(GWR: Geographically Weighted Regression)을 이용한다. |
