중고령 여성장애인을 대상으로 경제활동 참여 여부가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향은 무엇인가? | 이를 위해 장애인고용패널조사 1차 웨이브 2~8차년도에 참여한 만 45세 이상 만 65세 이하 중고령 여성장애인 4,961명을 대상으로 단계적 선형회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 중고령 여성장애인의 경제활동 여부는 생활만족도에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치며, 장애정도는 중고령 여성장애인의 경제활동 여부와 생활만족도 간에 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 중고령 여성장애인이 경제활동 참여에 따른 생활만족도를 높일 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 개발하고 장애정도를 고려한 일자리 설계가 필요함을 실천적 함의로 제시하였다. |
