중고등학생의 운동선수들에게 있어 긍정적인 자기효능감은 어떤 도움이 되는가? | 긍정적인 자기효능감은 운동을 지속해서 참여할 의지를 높여주며, 자신감, 건강증진, 행복 등과도 정적인 관계가 있다고 하였다[17]. 또한, 중· 고등학생의 운동선수들에게 있어 높은 자기효능감은 자기 조절과 대처, 불안, 긴장 등의 부적 정서를 감소시키고, 적극적인 참여행동을 이끌어냄으로써 운동지속의도를 유지하는데 도움이 되는 것으로 보고된다[18]. 따라서 축구영재들의 자기조절능력과 자기효능의 변화를 알아보는 것은 본 축구영재 프로그램 운영의 성과 여부를 확인하는지표로도 이용 될 수 있을 것이다. |
