PNF 외전 패턴이 마비 측 하지의 측부 근육 활성도에 미치는 영향은? | 본 연구는 만성 편마비 환자를 대상으로 건측 하지에 적용된 PNF 외전 패턴들이 마비 측 하지의 측부 근육들의 활성도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 운동패턴에 따른 반대편 하지의 중간볼기근, 넙다리근막긴장근, 긴종아리근의 활성도에서 굽힘 패턴이 폄 패턴보다 높은 근 활성도를 보였고, 굽힘 패턴에서 시작범위보다 끝 범위에서 높은 근 활성도를 보였다. 따라서 보행주기에서 한다리 서기 동안 패턴의 적용은 측부 근육의 안정성을 제공할 수 있을 것이라 생각된다. |
