[국내논문] 외상에 따른 고통이 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향: 사회적 지지와 의도적 반추의 매개효과 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 외상에 따른 고통이 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지지와 의도적 반추의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 전국 13개교 761명 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 그리고 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 고통과 외상 후 성장의 관계에서 사회적 지지와 의도적 반추의 완전매개모형인 연구모형은 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 살펴보면, 첫째, 고통은 사회적 지지를 매개하여 외상 후 성장에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고통은 의도적 반추를 매개하여 외상 후 성장에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고통은 사회적 지지와 의도적 반추를 차례로 매개하여 외상 후 성장에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 구체적인 영향력의 경우 고통, 사회적 지지, 의도적 반추는 외상 후 성장의 37%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 본 연구의 시사점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
