The present study was carried out to investigate the effects of career identity and social support on the career decision-making self-efficacy of women who have experienced career interruption. Furthermore, the aim was to seek effective measures for making a career decision for the successful re-employment of women with a break in their career. From March $3^{rd}$ to April $2^{nd}$, 2018, a survey was conducted targeting 380 career-interrupted, married women with age between 30-50 years and with work experience of more than six months. The selected subjects had received 1-9 months of beauty education from various vocational training institutes, beauty academies, and women's center in Seoul and Gyeonggi region. A total of 361 questionnaires were used for final analysis. The SPSS Program for data analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, exploratory factor analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were employed for the study. The results of this study are as follows. It was apparent that the establishment of a career identity and social support could play important roles in creating a relation with new career decisions for re-employment. Thus, this study aims to provide basic data necessary for the successful career preparation in women with career interruption.

제안 방법

데이터처리

수집된 자료의 통계처리는 데이터 코딩(Data coding)과 데이터 크리닝 과정을 거쳐 통계 (Data cleaning) SPSS 21.0패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 연구대상자의 일반적 특성은 빈도분석을 실시하였으며 측정도구의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하고, 신뢰도 검증을 위하여 Cronbach’s α 계수를 산출하였다 각 변수 간 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 상관관계분석을 실시하였으며, 경력단절여성의 진로정체성, 사회적지지가 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구는 재취업을 위해 미용교육을 받고 있는 경력단절여성의 진로정체성 사회적지지 진로결정자기효능감의 상관관계를 분석하고 각 변인이 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 경력단절여성들의 진로결정자기효능감을 향상 시킬 수 있는 요인을 연구하고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 2018년 3월 3일부터 4월 2일까지 서울 경기 지역의 직업훈련전문학교 미용학원 여성 센터에서 재취업을 위해 미용교육을 받는 경력단절여성을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였고 그 중 응답이 불성실한 부를 제외하고 총 361개의 표본을 최종 분석에 사용했다 데이터 분석은 .Cronbach 's alpha, 탐색적 요인 분석 상관 분석 다중 회귀 분석을 수행 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다.

성능/효과

둘째, 재취업을 위해 미용교육을 받고 있는 경력단절여성의 진로정체성이 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴 보면 하위요인 중 진로몰입의 경우 진로결정자기효능감 전체에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
각 변수 간 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 상관관계 검증을 실시한 결과는 Table 5와 같다. 분석결과 진로정체성의 하위요인별 자기이해 진로탐색 진로몰입 진로유연성은 진로 결정자기효능감의 하위요인별 자기평가 목표설정 문제해결능력 직업정보수집 미래계획과 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고 (p<.05), 사회적지지의 하위요인별 정보적지지 정서적지지 물질적지지 평가적지지는 진로결정자기효능감의 하위요인별 자기평가 목표설정 문제해결능력 직업정보수집 미래계획과 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.01). 특히 , 진로결정자기효능감의 하위변인 중 진로정체성과 상관관계가 가장 높게 나온 변인은 문제해결능력으로 나타났다.
이는 자신의 문제나 행동에 대하여 현실적으로 해결 할 가능성이 높아질 때 진로결정자기효능감도 높아짐을 의미한다. 사회적지지와 진로결정자기효능감의 하위 5개 변인과의 상관관계에서는 직업정보수집의 상관계수가 진로결정자기효능감의 다른 하위변인인 자기평가 목표설정 문제해결능력 미래계획보다 약간 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과는 중학생을 대상으로 사회적 지지가 진로결정자기효능감의 다른 하위변 인보다 직업정보수집과 목표설정에서 높은 상관관계가 있다 는 Lee(2016) 의 연구결과와 부분적으로 일치 한다.
셋째, 재취업을 위해 미용교육을 받고 있는 경력단절여성이 지각하는 사회적지지가 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면 사회적지지의 하위요인 중에서 정보적지지와 정서적지지는 진로결정자기효능감에 전체적으로 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 나타났다.
위 연구결과를 종합해보면 경력단절여성이 재취업을 위해 미용교육을 받는 과정에서 진로결정자기효능감을 향상시키기 위해서는 진로와 직업에 대한 명확한 인지인 진로정체성 과 그들이 자각하는 사회적지지가 중요한 변인임을 알 수 있었다. 이를 위해서는 미용직업훈련교육기관에서는 취업 상담 및 진로 지도에 있어 개인적인 맞춤형 진단과 이에 맞는 프로그램을 통하여 지도해야 할 것이고 가정에서는 격려와 지지를 지역사회에서는 경력단절여성지원 프로그램 등이 폭 넓게 개발되고 활용될 필요가 있다고 사료된다.
첫째, 재취업을 위해 미용교육을 받고 있는 경력단절여성의 진로정체성과 사회적지지 및 진로결정자기효능감의 관계를 살펴본 결과 유의미한 정(+)의 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

첫째, 연구결과의 일반화를 위해 서울과 경기지역의 경력 단절여성만을 대상으로 한 한계점을 전국으로 연구대상과 범위를 확대하는 연구를 수행할 필요성이 있을 것이다.
