후속 연구에서는 다층 잠재프로파일 모형 (multilevel latent profile model)을 활용하여 개인 수준 (교사효능감)과 학교 수준(학교장의 지도성, 동료교사에 대한 인식)을 구분하여 잠재계층을 확인할 필요가 있는 이유는? | 첫째, 본 연구는 초등교사 1학년 담임을 맡고 있는 교사에 한정되어 연구가 진행되었기 때문에 표본 특성에 영향을 받는 잠재프로파일분석 결과를 초등교사 전체로 일반화하는데는 한계가 있다. 이에 후속 연구에서는 초등교사 전체를 대상으로 본 연구결과의 일반화 가능성을 확인할 필요가 있을 것이다. 둘째, 본 연구에서는 패널 데이터의 한계로 교사 개인 수준과 환경 수준을 구분하지 않고 분석하는 단층 분석을 실시했다는 제한점이 있다. 따라서 후속 연구에서는 다층 잠재프로파일 모형 (multilevel latent profile model)을 활용하여 개인 수준 (교사효능감)과 학교 수준(학교장의 지도성, 동료교사에 대한 인식)을 구분하여 잠재계층을 확인할 필요가 있을 것이다. |
