신체기능장애아동 부모님의 지역사회연계 돌봄서비스 등 다양한 전략이 필요한 이유는 무엇인가? | 하위 영역에서는 심리적·사회적· 신체적 영역에서 스트레스의 차이가 있었고, 경제·교육 영역의 스트레스는 차이가 없었다. 장애인 가족은 자녀의 장애를 둘러싼 부부간의 갈등, 우울, 분노, 좌절 등의 부정적인 정서적 경험과 자녀에게 필요한 것을 충족시키는데 겪게 되는 각종 스트레스, 사회활동 및 여가시간의 축소 등으로 인한 부차적인 상실감, 미래에 대한 불안등 다양한 어려운 상황에 직면하기도 한다[25]. 발달장애아동 어머니를 대상으로 한 연구[24]에서 양육스트레스가 높을 때 아동학대, 우울감이 높아지고 그리고 장애수용 정도가 낮아지는 결과를 볼 수 있다. 뇌성마비 부모를 대상으로 한 연구[26]에서 극단적 유형의 가족이 조화를 이룬 가족에 비해 스트레스 수준이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 신체기능장애아동 어머니의 스트 레스 수준을 낮추기 위한 가족구성원간의 지지협 력체계 혹은 지역사회연계 돌봄서비스 등 다양한 전략이 필요하다. |
