고려인 이주여성은 어떤 어려움을 겪고 있는가? 그 중에서도 전체 고려인 이주민의 절반을 차지하는 여성들은[1] 남성에 비해서 낮은 임금과 불안정한 지위에 놓여 있어 한국사회의 적응에 더 큰 어려움을 겪고 있을 것으로 추정된다. 아직까지 고려인 이주여성에 초점을 둔 연구는 찾아보기 힘들지만, 결혼으로 국내에 이주한 여성들은 한국 사회의 편견과 차별로 인한 스트레스 외에도 문화적응 스트레스로 인하여 우울감이 높고 행복감이 낮으며 부부갈등의 문제를 경험하며[4], 연령이 어리거나 성에 관한 지식이 부족하여 적절한 건강관리를 하지 못하거나[5], 의사소통의 어려움으로 인해 보건의료 서비스를 이용하는데 어려움을 겪는 것으로 보고되고 있다[6].
본 연구참여자의 선정 요건 5가지는? 본 연구참여자의 선정 요건은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국으로 이주한 고려인 여성, 둘째, 한국에서 첫 임신과 출산을 경험한 자, 셋째,1년의 영아 돌봄을 경험한 자, 넷째, 한국어로 기본적인 의사소통이 가능한 자, 다섯째, 본 연구의 목적과 방법을 이해하고 자발적으로 동의서를 작성한 자이다. 연구참여자는 이론적 표본추출방법을 사용하여 새로운 개념이 나오지 않는 포화상태에 이를 때까지 진행하였으며 최종 18명으로 선정하였다.
