금속 나노와이어란? | 금속 나노와이어는 직경이 100 nm 이하이고 종횡비가 100 이상인 나노구조체로, 와이어간의 접촉을 통해 전도성을 나타내는 Percolation 기반의 전도성 물질이다. 만약 구형의 금속 입자를 이용해 전도성 박막을 형성할 경우, 입자간의 접촉이 넓은 범위에 걸쳐 균일하게 형성되어야 하기 때문에 10 wt% 이상의 높은 농도로 적층 하는 과정이 필요하다. | |
금속 나노와이어의 전극 유연성 확보를 위한 방법은? | 17,18) 최근 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 길이와 직경이 다른 두 가지 스케일의 은나노와이어를 제조하여 투과율 90%, 면저항 50 Ω/sq 이하의 투명 전극을 제작하고 OLED의 anode 전극으로 적용한 연구결과가 보고된 바 있다. 19) 해당 논문에서는 기존의 Polyol process를 일부 변형시켜 길이 100 µm, 직경 100 nm의 길고 두꺼운 은 나노와이어와 길이 10 µm, 직경 40 nm의 짧고 얇은 은 나노와이어를 각각 제조한 후, 유리 기판에 차례로 코팅해 Dual-scale의 Percolation 네트워크를 형성하였다(Fig. 5). |
