생리활성 물질의 효율적인 추출을 위해 살펴본 에탄올 농도별 당유자 잎의 추출수율은 어떠한가? | 에탄올 농도별 당유자 잎의 추출수율은 Table 1에 나타내었다. 20% 에탄올 추출물이 27.62 ±0.91%로 가장높은 수율을 나타냈으며 40%, 80%, 60%, 물, 100% 에탄올 추출물 순으로 유의적인 수율 감소가 관찰되었다. 특히100% 에탄올 추출물이 3.82±0.31%로 다른 추출물보다 상당히차이가 나타났으며 비교적 에탄올과 물의 혼합추출에서 높은 수율이 확인되었다. 이는 약용 허브인 Limnophila aromatica을 에탄올 농도별로 추출한 Do et al. |
