긍정심리자본이란 무엇인가? | 긍정심리자본은 학습과 일에서 겪는 난국과 현실 속에 서도 경쟁우위와 탁월한 성과를 창출하는 개인의 긍정적 심리상태를 말하며[23-25], 자기효능감, 희망, 낙관주의, 복원력의 하위변수로 구성된 변수이다[22]. 긍정심리자 본은 학업을 수행하는 청소년에 대한 우울, 학업스트레 스, 진로장벽 등 부정적 정서에 부적 영향을 미치는 변수로 알려져 있다[23-25]. |
