해도형 초극세사의 분산염료 등온흡착염색에서 분배 계수와 친화력, 확산계수 온도 의존성을 연구한 결과는? | PET와 분산염료를 일정한 온도에서 다양한 농도로 흡착평형염색을 실시하여 얻은 등온흡착평형 곡선은 Nernst type과 일치하였다. 또한 동일 온도에서 굵기가 감소함에 따라 시료 표면적의 증가효과로 인해 분배계수 및 표준친화력은 증가함을 보였다. 모든 굵기에서 염색현상이 발열반응이기 때문에 염색온도가 증가할수록 분배 계수가 감소하였고, 이에 따라 표준친화력은 감소하였다. 시료 굵기가 감소함에 따라 표면적의 증가로 인해 동일 온도에서 최대로 염착되는 염료량은 증가하였다. 염색과정에 발생되는 염색열은 굵기가 감소할수록 염색이 용이해져서 작아지는 경향을 확인하였다. 시료의 굵기가 감소할수록 초극세사의 표면적은 증가하지만 각각의 초극세사 사이의 공간이 협소해진다. 이로인해 염색과정에서 염액의 원활한 침투를 위한 공간이 부족하여 염액의 원활한 이동이 어렵기 때문에 확산계수가 감소하였다. 이러한 현상은 초극세사 분할이 심해져서 굵기가 가늘어질수록 확산계수가 더 감소되었다. 결론적으로 초극세사 시료의 굵기가 감소할수록 확산계수 값이 감소하였다. 이러한 경향성은 고온으로 갈수록 더 뚜렷하게 나타났으며 확산계수의 온도 의존성은 굵기가 굵을수록 증가하였다. | |
