  • 이처럼 운동기능저하증후군의 일상생활능력의 저하와 밀접한 연관을 가지고 있어 노인의 건강한 노년 생활을 위해 필수적으로 예방 및 관리되어야 하지만 기존 연구는 대부분 일본 노인을 대상으로 하였으며 운동기능 저하와 밀접한 관련을 가진 일상생활패턴과의 상관성을 조사한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 65세 이상 대한민국 노인들을 대상으로 운동기능저하증후군을 평가하여 유병률을 확인하고 운동기능저하증후군이 노인의 스트레스와 일상생활패턴에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 그 상관성을 분석함으로써 국내 노인들의 운동기능저하증후군의 관리와 예방을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.
