첫째, 연구대상자의 인구사회학적 특성 및 인구사회 특성에 따른 사회적지지, 정신건강, 회복탄력성의 차이를 파악한다.
대상 데이터
설문기간은 2019년 4월 14일–5월 14일 까지였으며, 208개의 설문지가 회수되었으며 부실한 17개의 자료를 제외한 191명의 자료를 최종 분석하였다.
95를 적용하여 산출하였을 때 178명이었다. 이를 근거로 연구대상자수는 부실응답 등을 고려하여 220명으로 선정하였으며, 조사대상은 J지역에 소재한 대학교 3곳의 보건계열에 재학 중인 학생이다. 설문기간은 2019년 4월 14일–5월 14일 까지였으며, 208개의 설문지가 회수되었으며 부실한 17개의 자료를 제외한 191명의 자료를 최종 분석하였다.
데이터처리
1) 대상자의 인구사회학적 특성은 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차로 분석하였다.
2) 대상자의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 정신건강, 사회적지지, 회복탄력성의 차이는 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffés test 로 분석 하였다.
4) 회복탄력성 영향요인을 규명하기 위해 multiple regression analysis를 이용하여 분석하였다.

이론/모형
사회적지지 측정도구로는 Park[27]이 개발한 척도를 Yu와 Seo[28]가 수정한 도구를 사용하였다. 본 도구는 27문항이며, 하위영역으로 정서적지지, 정보적지지, 물질적지지, 평가적지지 4영역으로 구성되어 있으며, Likert 5점 척도로 ‘전혀 그렇지 않다’ 1점에서 ‘매우 그렇다’ 5점으로 점수가 높을수록 사회적 지지가 높음을 의미한다.
정신건강 측정도구로는 Oh 와 Kim[29]의 ‘학생 정신건강 척도 개발 타당화 연구’에서 개발된 설문지를 Shin[30]이 수정․보완한 도구를 사용하였다.
회복탄력성 측정도구로는 Shin et al[26]이 개발한 한국형 회복탄력성 도구를 사용하여 측정하였다. 본 도구는 27문항이며, 하위영역으로 통제성, 긍정성, 사회성의 3영역으로 구성되어 있다.
성능/효과
3,4학년의 회복탄력성 점수가 높은 결과는 간호 대학생을 대상으로 연구 [6,31]에서 학년이 올라갈수록 회복탄력성이 높은 것으로 나타나 연구결과와 일치하였다. 이는 학년이 올라 갈수록 회복탄력성이 높은 것으로 나타난 결과에서 미루어 볼 때 3, 4학년이 되면 임상실습 및 국가고시 준비, 진로와 취업 등을 준비하면서 자기조절능력, 인계능력 등이 변화되어 나타난 결과인 것으로 생각된다.
둘째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 회복탄력성의 차이에서는 학년(F=2.739, p=.045), 학교생활 만족도(F=22.283, p=.000), 전공 만족도(F=5.258, p=.006), 전 학기 성적(t=2.679, p=.008), 건강상태(F=5.062, p=.007)에서 차이가 있었다.

둘째, 본 연구는 양적연구인 설문조사의 결과에 따른 것으로 더 많은 지역과 표본을 확대하여 후속연구 및 연구대상자를 확대하여 회복탄력성에 관한 탐색연구가 필요하다.
보건계열 대학생의 회복탄력성을 향상시키기 위하여 사회적 지지, 대학생활 만족에 관한 학년 별 비교 연구를 통해 특성에 맞는 회복탄력성 훈련프로그램 도입 및 활성화시키며 정신건강증진을 위한 상담 및 중재프로그램의 구축도 필요하리라 사료된다.
