스쿠알렌은 어느 분야에 활용되고 있는가? | 하지만 스쿠알렌은 식물의 씨앗과 기름, 담수어에도 존재하며 인간도 하루에 약 1g을 생산한다고 보고되어 있다[1-3]. 일반적으로 스쿠알렌은 다양한 기능을 가지고 있어 음식, 화장품, 건강식품, 제약 산업에서 사용되고 있다[4]. 상어뿐만 아니라 종려나무의 열매와 올리브에도 스쿠알렌이 포함되어 있는데, 일반적으로 올리브는 400~450mg/100g의 스쿠알렌을 포함하며, 고품질의 올리브는 700mg/100g을 가지고 있다. |
