  • 본 연구에서는 수직 진동운동이 노인의 균형, 보행 속도, 근력 및 낙상효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 65세 이상의 노인 28명을 대상으로 6주 동안 진동운동군 14명에게 수직 진동운동을 적용하였고, 대조군 14명에게는 진동을 제외한 상태에서 진동운동군과 동일한 운동을 적용하여 비교 연구한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
