본 연구는 교대근무 간호사의 수면의 질, 스트레스, 우울 및 섭식태도의 관련성을 확인하고, 섭식태도 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 시행되었다. 연구대상자는 대학병원 교대근무 간호사 152명이며, 설문조사는 2021년 7월 1일부터 20일까지 시행하였다. 자료분석은 기술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple regression analysis를 이용하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 임상적 수준의 이상섭식태도는 7.9%, 잠재적 위험 수준의 이상섭식태도는 19.1%로 나타났다. 섭식태도와 우울간에는 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 섭식태도의 영향요인은 음주(1회/월)와 우울로 나타났다. 따라서 교대근무를 하는 간호사들의 섭식태도를 개선하기 위해 우울을 예방하기 위한 방안 모색이 필요하며, 음주와 섭식태도와의 관련성에 대해서는 추후 반복 연구가 필요하다.
